I have terrible posture, and I know it, although I wasn’t sure how to correct it. My chiropractor instructed me to use a footrest, since I am short and my feet don’t reach the floor when I am sitting at my desk. He also told me not to cross my legs and to keep my shoulders relaxed, making sure my forearms were parallel to the ground. Finally, he instructed me to periodically get up and walk around so that I didn’t stay sitting in the same spot for hours at a time. The advice really helped!
