Our Experience
LLance Kezner, Director of Changing Call Centers, is a former early stage technology company founder and entrepreneur that has been servicing the customer communication space since 1996 in a variety of roles. His experience in the customer interaction and call center market covers self-service, chat, email and telephony. He has had positions in managing direct and channel sales, business development, marketing and product development in this very exciting self service and customer communication technology space for 12 years.
